"The Human Foot"
- The Foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, 117 ligaments, and 19 muscles.
- One quarter of all the bones in the human body are contained in your feet. When these bones are out of alignment so is the rest of you.
- There are 250,000 sweat glands in a pair of feet. They excrete as much as a half-pint of moisture a day.
- The average person takes 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day. Which adds up to about 115,000 miles over the lifetime- enough to walk around the circumference of the earth four times.

God CAN use you!
Not only did Jesus give us our great commission, but God gave us the ability to carry it out when he created us. The disciples took God's word and literaly "ran with it" to all parts of the known world at the time. Some times they sailed, or perhaps rode a camel or donkey, but mostly they walked to all the villages, towns and great cities to carry the message of The Gospel to all who were willing to listen. Throughout their journeys they suffered trials and tribulations, experienced hunger, beatings, stonings, imprisonment, ridicule, and finally martyrdom, but what an awesome impact they had on the world. One could even argue that because of their resiliance in preaching, we have been "infected" with that hope of salvation, Jesus Christ. So now we carry the torch. We are called to go and preach LOVE, FORGIVENESS, REDEMPTION and GRACE. It is our wish to continually challenge all fellow believers to carry out their duty, in love, as we have been loved by Christ.

Jesus told his disciples, "Follow me and I will make you fishers of men..." We like to think of ourselves as your "Bait shop" where you can find great ideas on atracting "fish" to Christ. However always keep in mind that there is no more atractive "bait" than a life that reflects the image of Christ in his daily walk, both in speach and conduct.
